KLINGERSIL TOP-GRAPH Hydraulic Cardboard 2000
Manufactured using a revolutionary process that gives hydraulic cardboard with graphite fibers unprecedented properties. Thanks to high surface compression strength and low brittleness, This material is suitable for use in steam and other special applications.
Composition
Sealing material composed of synthetic fibers, graphite and NBR rubber.
Application area
The material impresses with its ease of handling, high resistance to surface compression and low brittleness at temperatures up to 300°C. These properties give Top-Graph 2000 great resistance to damage during assembly and operation, Prevents drop in screw pressure and formation of cracks at high temperatures. The material is suitable for use in steam up to 300°C and, depending on the area of application, temperatures of up to 500°C are possible.
O KLINGERSIL® Top-Graph 2000 combines the characteristics of joints reinforced with synthetic fibers (preferred by experts) with the advantages of graphite fiber.
