BALL VALVES

Made of carbon steel and stainless steel, KLINGER ball valves are world-renowned due to their exclusive dynamic sealing system. This system guarantees excellent performance in severe industrial applications with abrasive fluids., dangerous gases, vacuum, high temperatures (up to 400ºC), pressures up to 100 bar and other conditions where high performance valves are required.

The dynamic nature of the seal gives KLINGER valves very high temperature resistance, pressure and abrasion, in addition to great durability.

It works as follows: the sealing element (A) is inserted inside a metal ring (B), having only the face in contact with the sphere free and, that's why, does not deform or suffer kinks. In turn, the metal ring constantly compresses the sealing element against the ball, ensuring a perfect fit between the two pieces without the need for retightening or adjustments.
