Ele \u00e9 simples, por\u00e9m, cheio de benef\u00edcios. Al\u00e9m de fortalecer os membros superiores com a faixa el\u00e1stica, o exerc\u00edcio proporciona um ganho de consci\u00eancia corporal para o alinhamento da coluna, onde os m\u00fasculos podem ser compensados lateralmente, caso exista algum desequil\u00edbrio.<\/p>\n<p>Vale lembrar que as pessoas que possuem escoliose ser\u00e3o bastante beneficiadas com este resultado, mas converse com seu professor ao optar pelo uso ou n\u00e3o da faixa <a href=\"https:\/\/revistapilates.com.br\/reformer-e-faixa-elastica-uma-combinacao-educativa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el\u00e1stica<\/a>, ou mesmo de outros <a href=\"https:\/\/projetoslayerup.com.br\/metalife\/produtos\/acessorios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">acess\u00f3rios<\/a>, a fim de manter a seguran\u00e7a de sua coluna.<\/p>\n<p>Visualmente, o exerc\u00edcio se assemelha ao ato de se espregui\u00e7ar, e a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser muito semelhante para aqueles que h\u00e1 tempos n\u00e3o fazem uma flex\u00e3o lateral.
