Our software for calculating sealing joints.
KLINGER used its experience and knowledge to develop KLINGER Expert – a versatile software for calculating and selecting sealing joints, designed primarily to eliminate errors in hydraulic carton type selection and torque application.
The program was developed in Austria with the aim of specifying which product is most suitable for each application., considering equipment data (flange and clamping assembly), operating conditions (fluent, temperature and pressure) and the interaction of the different models under the conditions adopted.
The software searches according to the information predetermined by the user for each of the variables and returns the most suitable hydraulic cardboard., or even a list of alternatives.
Furthermore, it is possible to assess the need to change the screw material, torque or operating conditions. Bringing visually and numerically a full understanding of the sizing of the sealing joint during installation and operation.
That way, You can choose between sealing gaskets, the most suitable material for each need in a very precise way.
